A clear path from PDF to spreadsheet

A practical tool for turning statement PDFs into data you can review and use.

01. Choose your statements

Drag PDFs into the converter or browse for files. We check file signatures, document readability, size and page limits before processing. No registration is required to get started.

02. Read and normalize locally

PDF.js extracts text and its position on each page. The parser looks for table headers, dates and monetary columns. We retain original extracted text so you can compare the normalized records.

03. Review and reconcile

Edit any field, enter missing opening or closing balances and inspect validation notes. Uncertain values are flagged. A running balance is only checked when the required data is present.

04. Export and clear

Download an Excel workbook or CSV generated from your current edits. Use Clear document to release retained files and transaction data from the app. Closing or refreshing the page also clears the workspace.
